Warehouse Delivery Attendant

Location: 7th street industrial Area

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Purpose

The Warehouse Delivery Attendant is responsible for assisting in the handling, loading, offloading, and delivery of goods from the warehouse to customers or outlets, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in loading and offloading goods from delivery vehicles.
2. Support drivers during delivery of goods to customers or designated outlets.
3. Ensure goods are properly packed, handled, and secured during transportation.
4. Verify delivery items against delivery notes and invoices.
5. Obtain customer signatures and confirmations upon delivery.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
7. Assist in stock arrangement and inventory counting.
8. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
9. Follow company safety procedures and handling guidelines.
10. Support warehouse operations as assigned by the supervisor.
11. Ensure proper customer service during deliveries.
12. Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum qualification: Certificate (any field).
2. Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics work is an added advantage.
3. Ability to read and understand delivery documents.
4. Physically fit and able to lift and carry goods.
5. Basic communication skills.
6. Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
